Through the large entrance hall you reach the open-plan living and dining area with comfy sofas and a decorative fireplace (which stays unlit, though). Marble tiles keep the house pleasantly cool in summer, and patio doors lead out to the furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar, and next door is the utility room with washing machine.

On the ground floor, a double room and a room with two single beds share a large family bathroom with a raised round bathtub and shower, plus there's a further shower room. A grand staircase with a long chandelier leads to the upstairs living room, with views over the garden and pool to the tennis court and access to the sun terrace. Up here are the master bedroom with dressing room, two further bedrooms each with two single beds and countryside views, and a marble bathroom with a round bathtub.

Outside: pool with steps, ten loungers, a covered barbecue area with built-in grill, table tennis, lawn and the private tennis court (no floodlights – so the match ends at sunset at the latest). Ideal for large families and groups of friends who want space, sport and a short walk to the beach.
