Rent a holiday home in Mallorca
In short: WOW FINCA has over 160 holiday homes on Mallorca for 2 to 32 guests – fincas, villas, townhouses and a few holiday apartments, almost all with a private pool. Most are located in the north in and around Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç; many of them just a few hundred metres from the beach or in the middle of town.
A holiday home is the opposite of a hotel: no breakfast times, no neighbours behind the wall, no towel on the sun lounger at seven. Just you, a pool and an island that can be explored in every direction.
Finca, villa, townhouse – what's the difference?
- Finca: country house with plenty of space, usually slightly outside of town. Quiet, spacious, usually with a rental car. Fincas on Mallorca
- Villa: modern house, often closer to the sea, with terraces and views. Villas on Mallorca
- Townhouse or holiday apartment: compact and in the middle of town – the bakery is within walking distance. Houses without a rental car

- Holiday home Cecilio and Cayo in Consell – up to 6 guests each, next to each other and connected via a garden gate, together for 12.
- Holiday home Caridad near Consell – up to 10 guests, fenced saltwater pool 13 × 5 m.
- Holiday home Grandina near Ariany – up to 16 guests in two separate living areas, saltwater pool 14 × 7 m, from approx. €33 p.p.

Prices "from approx. … € p.p.": starting price per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy, plus Ecotasa (tourist tax). We will tell you the exact price for your period on request and show it for every finca.
Frequently asked questions about holiday homes on Mallorca
How much does a holiday home on Mallorca cost?
At WOW FINCA from approx. €20 to around €125 per person per night, depending on the house, season and occupancy. The Ecotasa is added to this. You always rent the entire house.
Do the holiday homes have their own pool?
Almost all have a private pool. The Molins terraced houses in Cala Sant Vicenç share a communal pool – but the bay is just 50 metres from the front door.
Are there holiday homes on Mallorca directly on the beach?
Yes, especially in the north: holiday home El Cano in Port de Pollença (around 150 m), Villa Albufera in Platja de Muro (around 100 m) or Finca Bellmar in Alcúdia for 12 guests (around 50 m).
Is there a booking fee?
No. You do not pay a booking fee and you receive a German invoice.
