    Villa Azulmar is a modern, bright house in a quiet location in Cala d'Or. Spread over two floors are four bedrooms, each with its own shower room, plus an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area overlooking the pool. The air conditioning runs around the clock, including in the living room. It's 450 metres to the Cala Esmeralda cove and 600 metres to the supermarket.

    Villa Azulmar has two storeys and is furnished in a modern, bright style, with plenty of daylight in every room. On the ground floor is the spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The living room opens onto the veranda overlooking the pool, and from the kitchen a sliding door leads to a second small veranda with a dining table. For the evenings there's a smart TV with Netflix.

    Also downstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 2 x 2 metre double bed, one with two 100 x 200 cm single beds, both with their own shower room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, double bed, shower room and access to a private terrace, and next to it the fourth bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room.

    Outside, the pool awaits: 7 x 4 metres, 1 to 1.40 metres deep, with steps. Plus a covered terrace, a chill-out area, eight loungers, pool towels, a mobile barbecue, outdoor shower and lawn. Parking is on the property. Ideal for families and groups of friends travelling as eight who like modern living and want to walk to the beach.

    The Cala Esmeralda cove is 450 metres away, the supermarket 600 metres, and the centre of Cala d'Or with bars and restaurants 800 metres. It's one kilometre to the weekly market.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
