In short: The most affordable WOW FINCAS start at around €20 to €24 per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy – with a private pool and no booking fee. These include Finca Fontbella (6 guests), Finca Sa Vinyà (9), Finca Es Palmerar (12) and Finca Bellmar on Alcúdia beach (12), all in northern Mallorca.

How to make the finca even cheaper
- Off-season: April, May, June, September and October are often significantly cheaper than July and August.
- Fill the house: The price is for the house. If six people rent a house for six, they pay less per head than if four people do.
- Cook yourself: With a kitchen and barbecue, a group can save a lot compared to restaurants. The WOW MART delivers the groceries.

What is the cheapest finca at WOW FINCA?
Finca Fontbella between Pollença and Port de Pollença starts at approx. €20 per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy. Ecotasa is extra.
Is a finca cheaper than a hotel?
Often yes, from about six people up, because the house price is split among everyone and you can cook for yourselves. For two people, a hotel is usually cheaper.
When is a finca on Mallorca cheapest?
During the off-season in spring and autumn. July and August are the most expensive.
What additional costs are there?
The Ecotasa (tourist tax, children under 16 are exempt) and, depending on the house, a security deposit. What is included in the price (e.g. final cleaning, bed linen, towels) is stated for every finca. There is no booking fee.
