    Finca Son Aguilo sits quietly in the countryside near S'Horta, on 10,000 m² between fields and almond trees. 500 m² of living space, five bedrooms, four of them with their own bathroom. Outside: a 15 x 9 metre pool with a splash area for the little ones and a covered terrace where the whole summer happens. The coves around Cala d'Or are about ten minutes away.

    Finca Son Aguilo is a spacious country house near S'Horta in the south-east of Mallorca. The entrance hall leads into an elegant living room with leather sofas and a dining area, and from there straight onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the countryside. Next to it: a breakfast room with a table for ten, the well-equipped country kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

    The ground floor has two bedrooms, including the master suite with a double bed, its own terrace and a marble bathroom with a corner jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await, each with two single beds and its own bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    Outside, the day belongs to the pool: 15 x 9 metres, with steps and a splash area, surrounded by sun terraces and ten loungers. Plus a built-in barbecue with a covered grill area, outdoor kitchen, table tennis and lawn. Ideal for large families and groups of friends who want lots of space – indoors and out.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
