Mallorca villa for groups
In short: For groups of ten or more, WOW FINCA has around 15 houses: six for 10, seven for 12, two for 16, and Finca Son Lluny for up to 32 guests. Most of the large houses are located in the north around Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç; prices start from approx. €23 per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy.
Six friends is a vacation. Ten friends is logistics. It’s good when at least the house is right.
For groups, other things matter than for couples: enough bathrooms, several places to retreat to, a dining table that actually fits everyone – and a property where you can get out of each other's way from time to time.
Large fincas by group size
- 10 people: Cas Coronet (from approx. €24 p.p.), Villa El Vila 133 (two pools, sea view), Ferienhaus Caridad (six bathrooms) – all for 10

How to recognize a good group finca
- One bathroom for a maximum of two to three people. Otherwise, the morning queue will dictate your mood.
- Separate areas. Two floors, an annex, or two kitchens are worth their weight in gold – see fincas for two families.
- Large pool, plenty of shade. Twelve people on four lounge chairs isn’t a vacation, it’s a seating conflict.

Frequently asked questions about group fincas
How large can a group be in a finca on Mallorca?
This is determined by the vacation rental license of each house. At WOW FINCA, the range goes up to 32 guests at Finca Son Lluny.
Are parties allowed in fincas?
Usually not. Many houses exclude parties and events, partly due to the neighbors and the license. For family celebrations, please ask us in advance – the Ferienhaus Grandina, for example, is suitable for this.
Which large finca is located on the beach?
Finca Bellmar in Alcúdia for twelve guests is located about 50 meters from the beach. Villa Quiros 2 in Port de Pollença is about 500 meters away.
