Rent a finca in Mallorca. Done right.
Rent a finca on Mallorca. Your own pool, plenty of space, and no one there in the morning to put a towel on the best sun lounger before you. We select houses where we would enjoy spending our own vacations. We can also organize the rest for you upon request.
People first. Then the finca.
WOW FINCAS – Pick one.
By the sea. In the village. With a pool. For two people or the entire group. Around 125 houses that we know personally – so you don't have to spend three nights clicking through photos.
A LITTLE HELP WITH THE DECISION
What features should the finca have?
Pool? Sea nearby? Kids with you? Or so many friends that one WhatsApp group just isn't enough anymore? Start with that. The rest will be much easier.
ONE MORE QUESTION
How many of you are there, actually?
With six people, you can still be spontaneous. From ten onwards, spontaneity slowly requires an appointment. Just look for the number of people who want coffee at the same time in the morning.
Where on Mallorca?
Mallorca is not the same everywhere. In the north, mountains and long beaches. In the east, small coves and old towns. In the south, lots of coastline, light, and sea. And sometimes it's not the most beautiful house that decides it, but the bakery five minutes down the road.
North of Mallorca
Mountains, long sandy beaches, old towns and quite a lot of landscape in between.
East of Mallorca
Coves, coastal towns, and an interior where things quickly become surprisingly quiet.
Porto Cristo
Harbor, sea, and just a few streets away, suddenly quite a lot of authentic Mallorca again.

The right finca is not always the most beautiful one.
Photos capture pools quite well. Distances, not so much. 500 meters to the sea sounds fantastic until that 500-meter walk back is uphill. A finca in the middle of nowhere can be the best place in the world—until someone realizes in the morning that the milk is gone and the nearest supermarket is twenty minutes away.
That is why we look beyond bedrooms, bathrooms, and square meters. We are interested in the things that suddenly become important after three days: How far is it to the beach? Can you walk to dinner in the evening? Where can you get bread in the morning? How long does it really take to drive to the nearest town? And does the house still function when eight people are vacationing in it at the same time?
A good finca on Mallorca is therefore not just a house with a pool. It has to suit the holiday you actually want to have.

Vacations can be made easier.
The fridge will be stocked upon your arrival. A chef will come to the finca in the evenings. A stroller, travel cot, and high chair will already be on-site. A yoga instructor will drop by in the mornings, bikes can be delivered, and if someone suddenly finds they desperately need a great haircut, we can even arrange that.
Everything is available upon request – and we know people on Mallorca who are truly excellent at what they do. We will send exactly those people to you.

Any questions?
Good to know before things get serious in Mallorca.
How much does a finca on Mallorca cost?
At WOW FINCA from approx. €20 per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy, plus Ecotasa. The price depends primarily on the travel period, location, size, and amenities. July and August are particularly high season. Those who travel outside of the holidays or split the price of a larger finca among several people can stay for significantly less. At WOW FINCA, you will find the total price transparently displayed for each respective accommodation.
Which area in Mallorca is suitable for a finca?
That depends on how you want to spend your holiday. The north combines mountains, long beaches, and towns like Alcúdia and Pollença. In the east, you will find many small bays, coastal towns, and a quieter hinterland. The south offers beaches, bays, and short distances to many coastal towns; the center of the island is quiet, central, and close to the airport. Therefore, the deciding factor is less “Which region is the best?” and more “What do we want to do on our holiday?”
Do I need a rental car for a finca on Mallorca?
Often yes – but not always. For a secluded finca in the countryside, a rental car usually makes sense. However, if the holiday home is located directly in a town, or if the beach, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, you can get by without one – for example, in Pollença, Port de Pollença, or Cala Sant Vicenç. That is why we provide as much specific detail as possible for our properties regarding what is actually nearby.
How close to the sea should a finca be?
That depends on how often you really want to go to the beach. 500 meters as the crow flies is not automatically 500 meters on foot. Roads, differences in elevation, and coastal access points make a big difference. That is why it is worth taking a close look at the actual location and not just the distance in kilometers.
What villa size do I need for a group?
The maximum number of people alone doesn't say much. Eight guests need sufficient bedrooms, bathrooms, seating areas, and places to retreat. For larger groups, things like refrigerator size, outdoor areas, and the number of bathrooms also become surprisingly important. That is why we have additionally sorted our fincas by group size.
Which fincas in Mallorca are suitable for families with children?
For families, beyond having enough space, the pool, the property, the location, and short distances are especially important. Depending on the children's ages, a travel cot, high chair, stroller, car seat, or toys may also become important. At WOW FINCA, you can get many of these items upon request directly for your stay on Mallorca.
Can I have groceries delivered to my finca before I arrive?
Yes, upon request. You can order groceries and daily necessities through the WOW MART before your trip – we will discuss the details with you personally. You land in Mallorca. Ideally, the fridge has already done the work for you.
