Finca Moli is situated on a large, quiet property on the east coast, three kilometers from Porto Cristo. Fields in front, the sea visible from the first floor above. It takes about five minutes to drive to Cala Mandia, and it’s just a few steps to the pool in the garden. If you want to enjoy a glass of wine in the harbor in the evening, you can even walk there.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Die Cala Mandia erreicht ihr in etwa fünf Autominuten, weitere Calas in rund zehn. Bis zum Strand von Porto Cristo sind es etwa drei Kilometer.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strom sind inklusive. Dazu kommen einmalig 140 € Servicepauschale und vor Ort die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen).
