    Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located in the main house. The fourth will soon have a separate annex including a lounge. This is complemented by 225 m², large glass fronts, and a sea view from the living room. It's best you decide who moves in there before you arrive.

    Actually, you came for the sea.

    It’s only 50 meters. Really no big deal. Then you’ll see the infinity pool, sit out on the terrace for a bit, and suddenly it’s afternoon. Meanwhile, the Mediterranean waits patiently.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 950 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Herrlich war´s:jeden Morgen erstmal ne Runde schwimmen – und zwar direkt im Meer. Der Pool ist auch sehr gut, aber dass das Haus so nah am Meer ist, ist cool.
