    The Port Verd holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the Costa dels Pins near Son Servera, with a view of the sea. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden with tall palm trees and a private pool. It is about 500 meters to the beach, and just a few steps to dinner with a sea view. Cooking here is strictly optional.

    Costa dels Pins is one of the quieter stretches of coast in the east of Mallorca, about three kilometers from Cala Millor. The house is located in a small residential area close to the water; a few small bathing coves lie between the house and the beach. Right on the doorstep: a restaurant with a bar, lounge, and sea views.

    On the ground floor, a bright living and dining area awaits with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and direct access to the wrap-around terrace. The separate kitchen is large enough to include a second dining area. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread over two floors; three rooms are air-conditioned, and two have their own terrace with sea views. There is also a small study upstairs.

    Outside: palm trees, a lawn for sunbathing, and hedges for privacy, plus a 26 m² pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace, grill, outdoor shower, and ping-pong table. Thanks to central heating, the house is also suitable for winter use.Ideal for families and friends who do not want to choose between the beach, the pool, and golf.

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
