    The chalet is quietly located in an upscale residential area of Font de Sa Cala near Cala Ratjada in the northeast of Mallorca. The garden is laid out over several levels, with terraces and shady spots from which you can see the sea almost everywhere.

    Inside, 450 m² are spread over several levels: a living and dining area with a fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is a separate apartment in the annex with a bathroom, living and dining area, and fireplace – perfect for grandparents or early risers.

    Outside, the saltwater pool is located on a terrace above the sea, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. White curtains provide shade on the partially covered terrace, and the grill is ready to use. A supermarket and restaurants are about 500 meters away.Ideal for families with older children and groups of friends who want to be within walking distance of the beach and have a view of the sea at all times.
