What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Bis zu 6 Personen in drei Schlafzimmern mit je zwei Betten, dazu ein Kleinkind. Babybett, Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind vorhanden.
Ist der Pool kindersicher?
Ja, der Pool (8 x 7 m, Tiefe 1,00 bis 1,80 m) ist mit einer Pforte abgesperrt und hat einen Treppeneinstieg. Direkt daneben gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Rutsche.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Das Meer und die nächsten Strände bei Porto Cristo sind rund 4 km entfernt, mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Minuten. Restaurants liegen 2,4 km entfernt, der Supermarkt 6 km.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Strom sind inklusive. Vor Ort kommt nur die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen) dazu. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage.
