    Colònia de Sant Pere is a quiet village on the Bay of Alcúdia, surrounded by mountains and the sea. Here, you’ll find beaches instead of party strips and hiking trails instead of entertainment shows. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the sandy bay is about 100 metres from the house.

    The house is bright and decorated in a Mediterranean style. The living room and lounge have comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with German satellite channels and air conditioning that keeps temperatures pleasant all year round. There are three bedrooms with double and single beds and two bathrooms with showers, one of which is in the garden. The kitchen is small and basic, with a gas cooker and oven, but no dishwasher.

    The living room opens directly onto the garden, which is filled with palm trees and flowers. The dining table is located under the covered terrace, next to a large built-in barbecue. If you want more than just the beach, the rugged coastline around the village is dotted with small bays, and hiking routes start almost at the front door.Ideal for families with small children, couples and anyone who would prefer to leave their rental car behind.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 200 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
