Inside: 180 m², three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside: an 11-metre pool, a reed-covered terrace and plenty of lawn. Supermarket and restaurants are 5.8 km away.

    Finca La Esperanza near Felanitx is bright, new and well thought out. Its heart is a large, sunny room with a kitchen and cooking island, a long dining table and a cosy living area with smart TV. Three large sliding glass doors open it up to the reed-covered terrace and the pool.

    The other wing of the L houses the three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, TV and their own access to the terrace. A room with two single beds and one with a double bed share two separate shower rooms; the third room, with a double bed, has its own en-suite bathroom.

    Outside: an 11 x 4 metre pool, six loungers, a hanging chair, built-in and mobile barbecues, table tennis and games for kids. All around: 20,000 m² of land and a great deal of peace and quiet. Ideal for families and friends travelling as six who want new-build comfort combined with country life.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
