The house itself is a pleasantly manageable 195 m²: three bedrooms, three shower rooms, an open-plan living and dining area with a covered terrace. In front of it lies the 10 x 4.5 metre pool, surrounded by lawn and lots of countryside. The nearest beach is around 6 km away, the golf course 3 km.

    Finca Son Blau is a Mallorcan country house near S'Horta. On the ground floor, the living and dining area opens onto the kitchen and a lovely covered terrace where you'll have breakfast, lunch and stay sitting late into the evening. The kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and an Italian coffee maker for the espresso afterwards.

    Downstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own shower room, one with two single beds and an adjoining shower room. The third bedroom, with two single beds and its own shower room, has the upper floor all to itself. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there's central heating for the cooler months.

    Outside: a pool with steps, six loungers and pool towels, an outdoor shower, table tennis, a covered barbecue area with sink and plenty of lawn. The laundry room with washing machine is behind the house, and parking is on the property. Ideal for families and small groups of friends who want lots of land around them and still reach the sea quickly.

    The pool measures 10 x 4.5 metres and is 1.15 to 2.05 metres deep, with steps to walk in. Six loungers are ready and pool towels are included. For the way back there's the outdoor shower.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
