Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Alegria?
Bis zu 6 Personen in drei Schlafzimmern (ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten, zwei Doppelzimmer). Kinderbett und Babybett sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch gibt es zusätzlich ein Apartment für 2 Personen (85 € pro Nacht).
Hat die Finca Alegria Klimaanlage?
Ja, die Klimaanlage kühlt und heizt. Für kühle Abende gibt es zusätzlich einen Kamin.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Cala Anguila und Cala Mendia liegen fast vor der Haustür und sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Porto Cristo mit Hafen und Stadtbucht ist rund zwei Kilometer entfernt.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strom sind inklusive. Dazu kommen einmalig 120 € Servicepauschale und vor Ort die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen).
