    Finca Sa Lino is quietly situated on 20,000 m² of land on the outskirts of Palma, towards the Tramuntana mountains. It is seven kilometers to the old town and twelve to the airport. In between: a palm garden, pool, summer kitchen with a built-in grill, and a ping pong table. Your vacation begins, therefore, about a quarter of an hour after landing.

    Finca Sa Lino is a country house in the finca style with 250 m² of living space over two levels, stylishly furnished and bright. It is surrounded by 20,000 m² of grounds with palm trees and lots of greenery, with the mountains in the background. And yet, you are only a few minutes from Palma – for strolling, dining, or the mandatory visit to the cathedral.

    Downstairs: living area with seating group and wood-burning stove, the kitchen with utility room, both with access to the covered terrace with a long dining table. Plus one bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs are three further bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom. Ceiling fans ensure good air circulation.

    Outside: pool with step entry and outdoor shower in the palm garden, sun loungers, and parasols. A little way from the house awaits the covered summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue, refrigerator, sink, and dining table. For a bit of sporting variety, a table tennis table is available, and the nearest golf course is three kilometers away.Ideal for families and friends who want the tranquility of a finca without having to forgo Palma.

    Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
