What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 600 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?

Nein, eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Die Räume sind groß und haben hohe Decken, für kühle Abende gibt es einen Kamin im Esszimmer.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Meer und Sandstrand liegen rund 8 Kilometer entfernt, ebenso der nächste Ort mit Restaurants und Supermarkt. Der Golfplatz ist 3 Kilometer, der Flughafen Palma 11 Kilometer entfernt.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Strom sind inklusive. Dazu kommen die Kaution von 600 € und vor Ort die Ecotasa.
