    Finca Pirro stands detached on the edge of Campos, with a view over the flat countryside in the south. Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and around 700 m² of living space for up to 18 guests. In front of it, a 20 x 10 meter pool where you can actually swim laps. And it is only a few minutes to the beach of Es Trenc.

    18 people. And yet no line for the bathroom.

    Finca Pirro is located about three kilometers outside of Campos, in the middle of the farmland in the south of the island. From the garden and pool, there are expansive views over the fields. The natural beach of Es Trenc and Ses Covetes are about seven kilometers away.

    Inside the house, approximately 700 m² are distributed across seven bedrooms—five with a double bed, two as four-bed rooms—and six bathrooms, one of which features a hydromassage shower. There is also a large living room with a view of the garden, a fireplace, a kitchen with Mallorcan character, and a fitness room above the garage. Air conditioning and central heating make the house habitable all year round.

    Outside: the 20 x 10-meter pool, sun loungers, parasols, a covered terrace with a dining area, a grill, and plenty of lawn. First a workout, then the pool, then a glass of wine on the veranda. You are, of course, welcome to change the order.Ideal for large families, several families of friends, and groups who want plenty of space and a real pool.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Pirro?

    Bis zu 18 Personen in sieben Schlafzimmern: fünf mit Doppelbett, zwei Vierbettzimmer. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Zwei Zimmer haben niedrige Decken.

    Hat die Finca Pirro Klimaanlage und Heizung?

    Ja, das Haus hat Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung und einen Kamin – damit funktioniert es auch im Winter.

    Wie weit ist es zum Strand?

    Die Strände von Es Trenc und Ses Covetes liegen rund sieben Kilometer entfernt. Nach Campos mit Supermärkten und Restaurants sind es etwa drei Kilometer.

    Welche Zusatzkosten kommen dazu?
