    Finca Paradies La Aldea is a restored 19th-century estate in the centre of the island, around two kilometres outside Petra. Around the old manor house stand six independent fincas – together up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms with 10 bathrooms.

    Two houses have their own pool; the other four share a large 12 x 6 metre pool with a shady pool house. Plus terraces, patios, barbecues and a garden with old trees. All houses have central heating, most have a fireplace.

    Family celebration, milestone birthday, team week, cycling group: if you book the whole estate, you're welcome to celebrate. Smaller celebrations of up to 30 people are possible – just ask us about the costs. Breakfast, massage, babysitter, bikes or a chef for the big night: let us know, we'll take care of it. Ideal for large families, groups of friends and groups who want to holiday together without living on top of each other.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 1000 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Up to 20 guests in six independent houses: three for four people, one for four in the old manor house and two for two people. Together 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

    A one-off €780 final cleaning fee for all six houses and the Ecotasa. Heating is charged by consumption. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included; the deposit is €1,000 in total.

    The sea is around 18 kilometres away, the nearest sandy beach around 20. Petra and its restaurants are about 2 kilometres away.
