What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

Hat die Finca Ainosa Klimaanlage?
Ja, der Wohnbereich und vier der fünf Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Eine Zentralheizung sorgt im Winter für Wärme.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Rund vier Kilometer bis zu den Stränden der Bucht von Alcúdia. Port d’Alcúdia mit Einkauf, Bars und Restaurants liegt etwa drei Kilometer entfernt.
Welche Zusatzkosten kommen dazu?
Die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen) ist bereits inklusive. Im Winter kommt die Heizung nach Verbrauch dazu.
