Add to that 400 m² of living space, four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. A quick trip to the bakery in the morning, a dip in the pool in the afternoon, and a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi in the evening. It’s an option. In fact, it’s a must.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Für bis zu acht Gäste plus Kleinkind in vier Schlafzimmern mit fünf Bädern, ein Zusatzbett für eine neunte Person ist möglich.
Was kostet das Stadthaus Magico?
Je nach Saison rund 690 bis 1.100 € pro Nacht für das ganze Haus. Dazu kommt die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen).
Wo ist der Pool?
Auf der Dachterrasse: ein chlorfreier Pool mit 5 × 3 Metern und weitem Blick über Búger, dazu ein eigener Jacuzzi auf einer separaten Terrasse.
Braucht man einen Mietwagen?
Im Ort nicht: Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bank sind rund 200 Meter entfernt. Für Strandtage (ca. 15 km) ist ein Auto praktisch.
Ist das Haus auch im Winter geeignet?
Ja, es gibt Zentral- und Fußbodenheizung. Vier Babybetten und ein Kinderhochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
