Finca Malva is a restored natural stone house in a secluded location, surrounded only by fields. Four double bedrooms, a 10 x 5 meter pool, and a lawn with room for badminton, boules, and a swing set all at once. The adults sit under the covered dining area by the grill, while the children are somewhere between the slide and the ping-pong table. That is exactly how it was intended.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Vilafranca de Bonany und Manacor erreicht ihr in rund zehn Minuten, den Hafen und die Strände von Portocolom in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strom sind inklusive. Dazu kommen einmalig 140 € Servicepauschale und vor Ort die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen).
