Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully fenced palm garden with a chlorine-free pool. Plus a ping pong table in the shade, so that family feuds have an orderly place to be settled. And the dog is welcome too.

    Finca Llobines is a standalone country house between Inca and Llubí – half Mallorcan, a little Tuscan. The 7,300 m² property is fully fenced, with fresh lawn surrounding the pool and palm trees providing shade. For amateur gardeners, there is even a vegetable patch.

    On the ground floor are the living and dining area with satellite TV and the open-plan kitchen, both with direct access to the terrace. There is also one bedroom on this level, while the other three are upstairs. All four have their own air conditioning (heating/cooling), and one has its own bathroom. A cot and high chair are available free of charge.

    Outside: a chlorine-free pool measuring 7 x 4 metres, sun loungers under a small pavilion, a covered veranda with a barbecue and sofa, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. Inca, with its cafés, shops and Thursday market, is around three kilometres away, and you can reach the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença in 15 to 20 minutes by car.Ideal for families with children – and for anyone who doesn't want to leave their four-legged friend at home.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
