Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an 11 x 6 meter pool that looks more like a public swimming pool than a kiddie pool. The village center is just a few minutes' walk away. So, you can go get croissants without needing your car keys.

    Stadthaus Fonto is a finca-style villa with around 280 m² of living space on a well-maintained 1,500 m² plot. It is located in a quiet residential area with few neighbors, yet you are only a few minutes' walk from the town center with its supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants.

    On the ground floor, the window front of the living and dining room opens completely to the garden, next to which is the fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a second living area with a wood-burning stove and two more bedrooms, one with a dressing room and one with an en-suite bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    Outside: a covered terrace directly by the 11 x 6-meter pool, sun loungers, a lawn with shady trees, a roof terrace with mountain views, and a table tennis table. The beaches at the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia can be reached via the motorway in 15 to 20 minutes.Ideal for two families or a group of friends looking for village life, mountains, and plenty of space in the pool.

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
