    Finca Mariluz is a country house near S'Horta in the south-east of Mallorca, renovated piece by piece. The original natural-stone walls have stayed, the technology is new. From the entrance you walk into the living area with TV, and right next to it is the open country kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and gas cooker.

    Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, share a bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms have air conditioning (usable from 10 pm to 9 am) and fans.

    The real living room is outside: a pool with steps and pool towels, four sun loungers, a well-kept lawn and a covered, furnished terrace with built-in barbecue and sink. All around, nothing but almond trees, birds and sheep bells. Ideal for couples and small families who are serious about peace and quiet.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
