Finca Festes is situated in a secluded location not far from Selva, surrounded by lawns, old trees, and views of the Tramuntana. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, dressing room, and access to the terrace. Around 1,000 m² of terraces are also included. If you feel claustrophobic here, you have misunderstood the concept.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Sehr gern, das liegt uns am Herzen. Ob Rollstuhl, Rollator, Schlafzimmer ohne Treppe oder Dusche ohne Stufe: Sagt uns in der Anfrage, was ihr braucht. Wir kennen unsere Häuser persönlich, klären ganz individuell mit den Eigentümern, was geht, und tun unser Möglichstes. Nicht jede Finca kann alles – aber wir suchen mit euch die, die am besten passt.

Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Festes?
Bis zu 8 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Mit Zustellbett (45 € pro Nacht) auch 9. Babybett, Reisebett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.
Hat die Finca Festes Klimaanlage und Heizung?
Ja, alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Dazu kommen Zentralheizung und Kamin.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Die Buchten von Pollença und Alcúdia erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in rund 20 Minuten. Selva, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Tramuntana, liegt ganz in der Nähe.
Welche Zusatzkosten kommen dazu?
Einmalig 200 € Servicepauschale und vor Ort die Ecotasa. Die Kaution beträgt 500 €. Ein Zustellbett für die 9. Person kostet 45 € pro Nacht, Frühstück oder Abendessen gibt es auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis.
