Shopping list

Everything included – down to the salt. Tick off what you already have – we'll bring the rest to your finca.

  • 600 g Spanish potato omelette
  • 180 g Serrano ham
  • 240 g Manchego
  • 240 g Anchovy-stuffed olives
  • 1.5 pc Fuet sausage
  • 150 g Salted almonds
  • 240 g Piquillo peppers
  • 300 g Cooked prawns
  • 120 ml Aioli
  • 3.0 pc Bread rolls
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

How it works

  1. Warm the tortilla at 160 °C in the oven for 10 minutes – or serve it cold, the Spanish do too.
  2. Cut the Manchego into triangles and the fuet into thin slices.
  3. Piquillos onto a plate, olive oil and a pinch of salt on top.
  4. Arrange the prawns with aioli.
  5. Ham, olives and almonds into small bowls. The more bowls, the more tapas.
  6. Sliced bread on the side – and go.

For children

Kids start with tortilla, manchego and almonds – anchovy olives are more of a grown-up thing.

Leftovers for tomorrow

Tomorrow, put leftover tortilla, ham and cheese between two slices of bread: a bocadillo like at the bar.
