- 800 g Oranges
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 20 g Butter
- 60 g Salted almonds
- 320 ml Almond ice cream
How it works
- Halve the oranges crosswise. Brush the cut sides with a little honey and dust with cinnamon.
- Place cut side down on the grill over the last of the embers for 4 minutes, until they have dark stripes and start to caramelise.
- Turn them over, a little piece of butter on each half, another 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, roughly chop the almonds.
- Two halves per plate, a scoop of almond ice cream in between, the rest of the honey over the top, almonds on top. Eat with a spoon.

For children
Kids love this: orange from the grill, ice cream on top, honey over it. Anyone who doesn't like almonds leaves them out and simply has more ice cream.
Leftovers for tomorrow
Slice any leftover oranges and add them to tomorrow's yogurt – or to the next sangria.
