Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a 10-meter-long pool. Right next to it: a covered summer kitchen with a built-in grill, wood-fired oven, and its own dining table. Anyone who still cooks inside in the evening has missed the point.

    Finca Milagro is a country house with typical Mallorcan charm, 270 m² of living space, and a well-kept garden set on 20,000 m². Quietly located but not remote: Petra is three kilometers away, and you can quickly reach the beaches in the north and east via the motorway.

    Inside: living room with an open fireplace, satellite TV, and terrace access, a large kitchen with a dining table. Four bedrooms are spread over two floors, all with terrace access. One bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub, in addition to an outdoor bathroom by the pool and a guest toilet.

    Outside: 10 x 4-meter pool, a partially covered terrace, veranda, and sun loungers.     What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Das Meer ist rund 19 km entfernt, die Strände im Norden (Colònia de Sant Pere, Son Serra de Marina) und im Osten erreicht ihr in etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
