    Finca Rebassa is situated in a secluded location on a hill near Selva, with views of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding villages. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, around 300 m² of living space. Downstairs is a shaded outdoor kitchen with a grill and table tennis table, with the pool in front. Anyone who eats breakfast here will spend a while just taking in the view.

    Ten people, one outlook, no discussion.

    The newly built finca is located in the hilly landscape between Selva, Moscari and Campanet, around three kilometres from Selva. From the terraces and pool, the view extends over Inca, Moscari and Selva to the Tramuntana mountains. Despite its peaceful location, you can reach the beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia in about 15 to 20 minutes by motorway.

    The upper floor comprises the bright living room with terrace and panoramic windows, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as three of the five bedrooms. Two more bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while four have single beds. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and central heating is available for cooler days.

    Part of the ground floor is designed as an open, airy shaded area: built-in barbecue with sink, refrigerator, large dining table and table tennis table. Right next to it is the sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas and the 10 x 5 metre pool. This also includes an outdoor shower and guest toilet.Ideal for large families, two families with friends, and groups of cyclists who appreciate a good view.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Rebassa?

    Bis zu 10 Personen in fünf Schlafzimmern (ein Doppelbett, vier Zimmer mit Einzelbetten) mit fünf Bädern. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.

    Hat die Finca Rebassa Klimaanlage?

    Ja, alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben eine eigene Klimaanlage. Für kühlere Tage gibt es eine Zentralheizung.

    Wie weit ist es zum Strand?

    Die Strände der Bucht von Alcúdia erreicht ihr über die Autobahn in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten. Selva mit Einkauf und Restaurants liegt rund drei Kilometer entfernt.

    Wann ist die Finca buchbar und was kommt dazu?

    Vermietet wird von April bis Oktober. Dazu kommt einmalig 160 € Servicepauschale, eine Kaution fällt nicht an. Die Ecotasa ist inklusive. Heizöl wird nur bei Bedarf nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
