    Finca Oro is situated in a quiet location amongst fields and meadows near Can Picafort in the north of Mallorca, with expansive views reaching as far as the mountains. It is about two kilometers to the long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, and restaurants can be found after just one kilometer.

    Built in 2006, the house combines natural stone walls, wooden beams, and terracotta floors with modern amenities. Spread over two floors and 275 m² are the living and dining area with satellite TV, a bright kitchen, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms, one featuring a massage shower. There is air conditioning in the living room and most bedrooms, as well as central heating for the winter.

    Outside on the 12,500 m² grounds: a 10 x 5-meter pool with a waterfall, sun loungers on the lawn, a playground with a slide and swing, a ping-pong table, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and dining table in the conservatory.Ideal for large families and families with children who take both the beach and the pool seriously.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    Ja, Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, für den Winter gibt es Zentralheizung und Kamin. Strom wird vor Ort nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.

    Die Playa de Muro an der Bucht von Alcúdia liegt rund zwei Kilometer entfernt. Restaurants gibt es nach einem Kilometer, Supermarkt und Can Picafort nach zwei.
