Except, perhaps, for the cue.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Ja, alle fünf Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Eine Zentralheizung gibt es auch, das Heizöl wird vor Ort nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Die nächsten Strände im Norden liegen rund 18 km entfernt. Campanet ist 1,3 km, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind 2 km entfernt.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Strom sind inklusive. Die Ecotasa ist ebenfalls inklusive, dazu kommt ggf. Heizöl nach Verbrauch.
