And because we think it’s fine to bring good friends along to Mallorca, you can simply add the neighboring house, Cayo – turning space for six into space for twelve. We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

And if we have to cancel?

Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, 600 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

Who helps us on site?

We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
