    For anyone who simply wants to be left in peace on holiday.

    Finca Ensueño stands on its own in the centre of the island, around two kilometres outside Petra. Natural-stone walls, ceiling beams and a garden full of plants that can't be seen from outside. On the horizon: the Bonany monastery.

    Around 180 m² of living space. Living area with sofa, satellite TV and fireplace, directly connected to the dining area and open kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor. Both bedrooms have a double bed, their own shower room and access to the terrace. The house is on one level and barrier-free.

    Outside: the private pool, plenty of sun loungers, a covered terrace, a veranda and a built-in masonry barbecue for long evenings. Breakfast is available on site on request. Ideal for two couples or friends who want their own pool and no spectators.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 200 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

    How many people fit in Finca Ensueño?

    Up to 4 people in two bedrooms with double beds, both with their own shower room. A cot is available.

    Is the pool private?

    Yes. The pool belongs only to Finca Ensueño, and the garden can't be seen from outside.

    Is the finca barrier-free?

    Yes, the house is on one level and listed as barrier-free. Feel free to get in touch with us about the details of your requirements.

    What is added to the rental price?

    A one-off €150 final cleaning fee and the Ecotasa. Heating is charged by consumption on site. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included; the deposit is €200.

    Yes. Finca Ensueño is part of Finca Paradies La Aldea: six independent houses on a shared estate near Petra. Each house can be booked individually; all six together sleep up to 20 guests. Smaller celebrations of up to 30 people are possible – just ask us about the costs.
