Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Hat die Finca Sandia Klimaanlage?
Ja, Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Für den Winter gibt es eine Zentralheizung.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Búger liegt im Inselinneren zwischen Inca und Sa Pobla. Die Strände an der Bucht von Alcúdia erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in rund 20 bis 25 Minuten.
Was ist im Preis enthalten und was kommt dazu?
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Dazu kommen einmalig 110 € Servicepauschale, Strom nach Verbrauch, 300 € Kaution und vor Ort die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen).
