    The finca is tucked away in the quiet north of the island, around four kilometres from Campanet and two from Sa Pobla, where you’ll find everything you need for your daily shopping. The nearby motorway makes it easy to reach the beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença, around 12 to 15 kilometres away. And the Tramuntana, with its hiking trails, begins practically right behind the house.

    Set on one level, the 120 m² property has three bedrooms – one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and two with twin beds – and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The bright living and dining room has a sofa, dining table and satellite TV with German channels, while the large kitchen is modern and well equipped. All bedrooms and the living area have their own air conditioning.

    The living room and kitchen open onto the partially covered terrace, furnished with a dining table and sofas. In front is the 8 x 4-metre pool, surrounded by a garden and mountain views. Two cots and two high chairs are available free of charge.Ideal for families with young children and anyone looking to combine hiking with beach days.

    What happens after I enquire?

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
