    Finca Rica is a large, rustic country house in Mallorcan style near Santanyí in the south of the island. 300 m² of living space on two floors, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, plus a 12,000 m² plot with garden and lawn. Outside there's a 12 x 6 metre pool, with terraces, a chill-out area and a tennis court for friendly matches next to it. Santanyí is 5 km away, Cala Santanyí just under 8 km.

    Finca Rica spreads over two floors. Right by the entrance is the dining table, and next to it the rustic kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, capsule and filter coffee machine and an electric juicer for your morning orange juice. On the other side is the very spacious living room overlooking the pool, with access to the veranda and the outdoor dining area.

    The ground floor also has a bedroom with two single beds and a standing fan, plus a bathroom. On the first floor, three air-conditioned bedrooms with large double beds and three bathrooms await, one of them en suite. The utility room with washing machine and dryer is next to the kitchen.

    The outdoor area is big and spacious: a 12 x 6 metre pool with steps, eight loungers, covered terrace, chill-out area, built-in barbecue, table tennis and lawn. Plus a tennis court whose surface isn't maintained. For a match among friends or family, it does the job just fine. Ideal for families and groups of friends of up to eight who like to get moving and enjoy lying down all the more afterwards.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
