Finca Moderna is an old natural stone house on the edge of Búger, a few minutes' walk from the village. Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a ten-meter-long pool. Plus two fully equipped kitchens – so no one has to fight over the stove. And behind the house, your own private pine forest with sheep and chickens.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Wir kennen unsere Häuser persönlich, klären ganz individuell mit den Eigentümern, was geht, und tun unser Möglichstes. Nicht jede Finca kann alles – aber wir suchen mit euch die, die am besten passt.

Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Moderna?
Bis zu 12 Personen in sechs Schlafzimmern (fünf Doppelbetten, zwei Einzelbetten), dazu ein Kleinkind im Babybett. Ein zweites Babybett kostet 6 €.
Hat die Finca Moderna Klimaanlage?
Ja, die Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich sind klimatisiert. Der Verbrauch der Klimaanlage wird mit 0,30 € pro kWh abgerechnet. Für kühle Abende gibt es Holzofen und mobiles Heizgerät.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Die Buchten von Pollença und Alcúdia erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Das Dorf Búger mit Supermarkt liegt einen Kilometer entfernt.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Strom sind inklusive. Extra kommen die Klimaanlage nach Verbrauch und vor Ort die Ecotasa.
