    Finca La Arena stands alone on the edge of Búger, surrounded by almond and orange trees. Three bedrooms, a pool with a lawn around it, and high hedges to keep prying eyes away. From the terrace, you can look out over the garden and the village. The village itself is a kilometer away – in case anyone wants to pick up fresh rolls. Volunteers, step forward.

    Six of us. And no one is watching.

    Finca La Arena is a two-story country house measuring 140 m², freshly renovated and furnished in a traditional, rustic style – with a few nostalgic touches. Almond and orange trees grow on the 5,500 m² of land, surrounded by nothing but nature.

    On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a cozy sofa, dining table, and satellite TV; the kitchen with access to the terrace; a bedroom with two single beds; and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

    Outside: a shaded terrace with a dining table and lounge area, a covered, built-in barbecue area with a sink, and an 8 x 4.5-meter pool set in a lawn. The entry depth begins at 30 cm – great for young swimmers. You can find large supermarkets and restaurants in Sa Pobla, and the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia are easily accessible via the highway.Ideal for a family with children or three couples who want peace and quiet while still being close to the village.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
