    The Joseba holiday home is located on the outskirts of Selva in a fenced garden with views of the Tramuntana mountains. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool for swimming laps, and a Jacuzzi next to it for afterwards. A piano awaits in the living room. If you don't use any of it, you've still done everything right.

    The Joseba holiday home is a typical Mallorcan finca on a fully fenced 3,000 m² plot, one kilometer outside Selva. Lawns, palm trees, shrubs, and flowers surround the pool – with the Serra de Tramuntana in the background.

    Inside, everything is on one level: a living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, and piano, plus three bedrooms, each with two single beds. The living room and two bedrooms are air-conditioned. One bathroom has a bathtub, and the second, located in the basement, has a shower.

    Outside: a 10 x 5-meter pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, two covered terraces, and a built-in barbecue. Selva, with its restaurants and supermarket, is one kilometer away, Inca is ten minutes away, and the beaches in the north are about half an hour away.Ideal for families with children, three couples traveling together – and anyone who prefers peace and quiet over the hustle and bustle.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
