Can Boi is a country house for up to five guests, at the foot of the Tramuntana and about two kilometres outside Pollença. Three bedrooms, a covered terrace with a sofa and dining table, a fenced garden with mountain views, and a wood-burning stove for cool evenings in spring and autumn. There’s no pool – to be honest, you miss it less than you might expect here.

And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
