Finca in northern Mallorca
In short: The north is home to WOW FINCA: Around 110 of our properties are located here, mostly in and around Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç, with properties also near Alcúdia, Platja de Muro, Búger and Campanet. The region combines the Serra de Tramuntana with flat sandy beaches and, depending on the location, is around 40 to 66 kilometres from the airport.

The north is the greenest part of the island: the Serra de Tramuntana, the old town of Pollença, Cap de Formentor and the gently sloping beaches of the Pollença and Alcúdia bays. Ideal for families with small children, hikers, cyclists and anyone who doesn’t want to choose between the beach and the old town in the evenings.

Pollença and the surrounding area

Port de Pollença (Puerto Pollensa)

Cala Sant Vicenç (Cala San Vicente)

Alcúdia and Platja de Muro
Medieval city walls, the long beach of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro – and with the Finca Bellmar, a property for twelve around 50 metres from the beach. Fincas in Alcúdia
Búger and Campanet
Quiet villages at the gateway to the centre of the island, closer to the airport (around 40 to 51 km): the Magico town house with a rooftop pool, the Finca Es Caparo (from approx. €23 per person) and the Finca Sa Quarterada.

In the north, we have properties for 2 to 5, for 6 (the largest selection), for 8, 10 and 12 people. For 16 or more guests, our properties are located in the centre of the island and in the east.
Cyclists can find their properties under Fincas for Cyclists, golfers under Fincas for Golfers – the Pollença golf course is less than a kilometre away from some properties.
Prices “from approx. … € per person”: starting price per person per night, depending on the season and occupancy, plus Ecotasa (tourist tax). We will provide the exact price for your dates upon request and show it for every finca.

How far is the north of Mallorca from the airport?
Depending on the property, around 40 to 66 kilometres, so approximately 40 to 60 minutes by car. Búger and Campanet are the closest, Cala Sant Vicenç the furthest.
Which location in the north is best for families?
Port de Pollença and Alcúdia, thanks to their long, gently sloping sandy beaches. Cala Sant Vicenç is smaller and quieter, with bays instead of a long beach.
Are there any fincas directly on the beach in the north?
Yes, for example the Finca Bellmar in Alcúdia (around 50 m), the El Cano holiday home in Port de Pollença (around 150 m) or the Molins properties in Cala Sant Vicenç (around 50 m).
Is the north also beautiful outside of summer?
Yes. Spring and autumn are ideal for hiking and cycling. Not every property is available all year round – availability is shown in each finca’s calendar.
