In the 17th century, Finca Reonto served as one of the watchtowers overlooking the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia. Today, it is a natural stone house for up to nine guests, featuring a 10 x 10-meter saltwater pool and a playground complete with a treehouse. You can walk to the beach of Morer Vermell. No pirates have been spotted there for a long time.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, 350 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Bis zu 9 Personen in fünf Schlafzimmern: drei mit je zwei Einzelbetten (eins davon im Gästehaus), eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit Einzelbett. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.
Hat die Finca Reonto Klimaanlage und Heizung?
Ja, alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage mit Warm- und Kaltfunktion. Dazu kommen Zentralheizung, Kamin und Holzofen.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Rund 300 Meter bis zum Strand Morer Vermell – zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkauf, Bars und Restaurants liegen etwa 900 Meter entfernt.
Welche Zusatzkosten kommen dazu?
Einmalig 160 € Servicepauschale, Strom nach Verbrauch (275 kWh sind inklusive), Heizung nach Verbrauch und die Ecotasa vor Ort. Die Kaution beträgt 350 €.
