Two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan living area with an old Mallorcan oven – and outside, a vine-covered terrace, a sun terrace, and a 9 × 4 meter pool. The old town of Pollença is about 300 meters away.

What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
