Finca Clasa is situated in a quiet location on the edge of Alcúdia, about 1.5 kilometers from the sea. It features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a 10 x 5-meter pool and plenty of lawn space. You can walk to the old town in ten minutes, and to the beach of Barcares in a little longer. There’s no need to queue for the bathroom in the morning.

Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Wie viele Personen passen in die Finca Clasa?
Bis zu 8 Personen in vier Schlafzimmern – drei mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, dazu gibt es ein Gäste-WC. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden.
Hat die Finca Clasa Klimaanlage?
Ja, alle Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind klimatisiert. Eine Heizung gibt es ebenfalls.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand und in den Ort?
In die Altstadt von Alcúdia sind es zu Fuß etwa zehn Minuten, zum Strand von Barcares zehn bis fünfzehn. Das Meer liegt rund 1,5 Kilometer entfernt.
Welche Zusatzkosten kommen dazu?
Einmalig 140 € Servicepauschale und vor Ort die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen). Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
