Two houses. One holiday.

In the main house: high ceilings, fireplace, dining table for everyone and a work corner with a garden view (in case someone has to). A few steps lead to the guest house with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a terrace. By the pool: two outdoor showers, grill, large parasol and a Finnish sauna. Eight guests, 8,000 m² – closeness is available if desired, as is distance.

What happens after I enquire?

We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

And if we have to cancel?

Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, 300 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

Who helps us on site?

We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
