Can Ferragut is situated at the end of a private driveway in the countryside, about four kilometers from Pollença. The interior is traditionally Mallorcan with terracotta tiles, wooden beamed ceilings, and a fireplace. Outside, there is a lawn garden with olive, palm, and fig trees, as well as a pool that is open year-round.

We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
