Three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool with a sunbathing lawn. Beneath the terrace roof stands a long table – the house’s unofficial focal point.

Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
