    Finca Aurelio is set on 50,000 m² of land just before Can Picafort in the north of the island. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an 11-meter-long pool under a giant pine tree. It is two kilometers to the sandy beach. So, you just have to decide: pool or sea. Or one first, then the other.

    Finca Aurelio is a country house made of natural stone and light colors, built with high-quality materials and furnished in a rustic-elegant style. It is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden in a rural setting – and yet you are only ten minutes away from the long sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.

    Inside, a bright living and dining area awaits with an open kitchen and pantry: do one big grocery shop, and then you can relax. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, the fourth is upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase. All have their own air conditioning, and two have an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

    Outside: plenty of terrace space, a long dining table for barbecues, sun loungers under the pine tree, and an 11 x 5 meter pool. In the garage, there is a table tennis table in the shade, next to an additional bathroom with a shower.Ideal for families and groups of friends who want the beach but prefer peace and quiet in the evenings.

    The finca is in a rural location just before Can Picafort. The sandy beach is about two kilometers away, restaurants and a supermarket can be reached in a few minutes, and Santa Margalida in about ten.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    Yes, 200 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
